It’s a great honour to be recognized by the CHBA Pilot Program with Canada’s First Net Zero Qualified Home.  This event included a ribbon cutting ceremony with VIPs & dignitaries, as well as a blower test at framing stage.  Lucchetta Homes is very proud to receive this recognition from the home building industry.
