Giving back to the communities we help build is part of who we are
On June 21, we were proud to sponsor the Rotary Club of Fonthill’s first annual Niagara Community Cornhole Tournament, a family-friendly event held at White Meadows Farms in support of Food4Kids Niagara and local Rotary youth development programs.
This incredible event raised $6,500 for youth-focused initiatives in the Niagara region. We are honoured to have played a small part in helping make it a success.
A Night of Fun, Community and Purpose
The tournament welcomed players of all ages to enjoy an exciting evening of cornhole matches, live music, food trucks, a Kids Zone, and local beer and wine. Teams competed for a $500 grand prize, with a $60 entry fee per team going directly to support charitable causes.
All proceeds from the tournament went toward supporting Food4Kids Niagara, a program that provides packages of healthy food for children facing food insecurity across the region. Additional funds will benefit other youth development efforts supported by the Rotary Club of Fonthill, including leadership programs, youth mentorship, and student services.
